Stop expecting anything for you from others:
You know about you personality , and what kind of a person you are and so does the other person, we all humans have our own level of tolerance, ego, kindness and anger and this is present in each of us, we do get offended and baffle when their is loads of work to do and participation of team mates gets into the argument box, if one can go impatient so could others; here we need to understand that expecting pleasures and help from others for you had created a big mess and the load of work is still left behind.
Be Friendly and Expressive:
To form a better team one must know to have a positive attitude, being friendly causes no harm and it starts building a healthy relationship with your team mates; they gradually becomes expressive to you and individuals gets to know one another, expression of ideas is another important key factor that what you feel or think is delivered by you and others have understood it.
Stop Thinking what others will think about you:
We all have a mirror image, the personality we form of one's self is completely on the perspectives others could have think about us, this is Wrong we must know this "Who we are, WE ARE!" and what others will think about us is also dependent on us, that what impression we had left on others. You can talk, discuss, giggle around, gossip and plan in a team without thinking whats in others mind for us.
keep Patience:
While a discussion is going on one must learn to calm down the nerves and be patience, many times a simple small agenda is dragged by arguments and disapproval and within short time panic is created and you go like a bull. well keeping patience and listen what every one prefers, might be what you are thinking is wrong or could create further problems.
Don't be Judgmental:
we conclude about another person just by their few acts, and that's being judgmental, we most of the time don;t know a person completely, its like "judging a fish to climb a tree", every person has its own talents and way of doing things it could be better than you or not, but its important to know when you are working in a team you are like different bodies but one task, and so you should learn to cover the gaps and what others lack in their performance.
Well these are simple guidelines which surely will help you and groomed you up. When a team is formed ideas are generated and if the team bonding lacks the ideas is hardly to be represented.
